Dear Doctor, my ear piercing area develops a scab and after cleaning it, a tiny drop of clear liquid comes out and again the scab or crusty layer forms. It's not going away. Itchy at times but no pain, and not bothersome. I haven't worn earrings for 2 months. Please advice what would heal it.

I am 19yr old girl....I had itching and hives on body since the mid of lockdown and mainy it was when I was exposed to cold air....For two weeks I was having xyzal 5mg tablets twice a day for cold urticaria (skipped it certain days) (prescribed by a practo doctor) (applied calosoft for rashes)...The itching had gone away...but suddenly after a week idk due to what my body and private area has started itching again without any reason (hives/red patches) appear on even the slightest force on skin) (now it's not even bcoz of cold air) (please don't suggest blood test)...Is it because of any food allergies (To my knowledge I have none)......What should I do?
