Kindly look at the dark patches I have under my arm next to the arm pit. Kindly advice what it is and what is the treatment. Kindly note its bit the arm pit dark spot the one next to it.

Hi I'm a male of 24 years. Last year in august I used minoxidil on my perfectly good hair to try to better my hair as someone told it will improve thickness. But after the shedding phase my hair wasn't the same anymore. The density reduced and it never grew back. I don't know what to do. It's a side effect I'm dealing with till today. I am experiencing hair loss and dandruf issue. For the last few years the hair loss is more. I have consulted few doctors, both ayurveda, homeopathy and trichologist. But none of the treatment gave me a lasting solution.

I had not a single mole if I remember 3 years back. But now I can see nearly 100 on my chest,neck. I have not taken medicines yet regarding this. Kindly suggest to remove and stop it further. Thanks
