Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I've extremely oily skin. Nothing is working out for me. I'm using lite glo face wash, biotique cucumber rose water, Olay regenerist micro sculpting serum during daytime and retiglow night serum. Before bed I'm applying revize micro lightly to control oil. I'm following this for last 3 months or so but still no improvement. Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance 🙏🙏

On the leg ,in particular near thigh area there is somewhat red and irregular shape patches and problem of itching .
