Hair loss and hair thining
I am experiencing hair loss and hair thinning from past 2-3 years and now it has reduced considerably.. wanted to know possible solution... Hair transplant or PRP

Hairfall is not due to one single cause. There are many conditions which can cause extreme hair loss and thinning of hair on the scalp. So first and foremost we have to find the cause of hair fall with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes maybe nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia also called pattern baldness, hypothyroidism, telogeun effluvium etc. Unless we find and c,read the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Also one should refrain from home remedies as it does not give any relief from hairfall. If there is a bald patch, most probably there won't be hair follicles there. In such a case Hair transplant may be the best treatment.
But if the density is less, medical treatment may be tried. PRP is only one component of the Medical treatment.

You need to first opt for trial of in clinic treatment along with homecare treatment.
Trial of prp mesotherapy/microneedling would certainly help
