Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had consulted previously with a doctor through practo for hair fall problem. He prescribed a shampoo, a hair serum & hair tablet. Among them the serum - ' Xgain hair serum' is not available in the market. Please suggest an alternative hair serum instead of 'Xgain Hair Serum'.

It's been 4 months I delivered baby normally. Now I'm having itching on my hands and scalp but no rashes.. I took citrizine but no relief. What is this and what to do?

I am using minoxidil 5% since January 2018 on advice of dermatologist for my hair loss problem, today (Tuesday) I coloured my hair with Indus Valley Organic Hair Colour ,so I want to ask a question, for how much time I should avoid minoxidil use on my hair( and from which day I can continue it???).

I consulted with a doctor for the above mentioned problem.. I started the medication.. But as i didnt order enough of it.. It got finished and the next were delivered in 1 week. During that time. My warts were reducing and became small enough which made me believe medication were working properly.. But as soon as there was a break in my medication they grew up in their original size like before. My concern is how would i know if my treatment is complete and the problem wont occur again?

I will get this type of flaky dandruff and some parts of my head is like bumby I mean some kind of yellow colour crystal type which is similar to one (when a pimple dries out when we press it a yellow color dried one comes associated with pimple) or else they could be huge pit of flakes I feel like scratching that like how we scratch our wounds when we it gets dry When I scratch my head I get flakes and flakes continues to come and its never ending process and at some seasons my dandruff will be silent but sometimes it triggers so far there is no wrong in my diet or sleep patterns apart from stress I used ketoconazole shampoo not worked I'm thinking to use selsun daily shampoo will that work or use cipla 8x shampoo Please suggest me as winter is approaching and that season is lot more worse Two different pica taken with a gap of 2 months one was taken in June second one in August Kindly suggest me thank you all

I'm facing intensive hairfall from roots for about a month and if rolled will be size of big lemon almost density have reduced into half.i don't have issue of thyroid, pcos nothing also maintaing my little dandruff. Want to have good solution and proper haircare routine.
