Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

All of sudden m facing excessive hairfall from past one week also problem of little itchy scalp the dandruff i noticed is very light..though i am using mild shampoo And i shampoo for three times in week

Is using  folifast is enough for huge hairfall due to hormones ? How long it will take to show difference ?

My pimples are little different i dont know what are they actually but they are inside my skin same as mosquito bite they look really ugly in light or reflection so please help to get ridd of these

I have been facing hair fall issue for more than a year. Now it has been reduced but i have lost my hairline. Can hair loss be restored?.

I have red patch from last 3-4 months and it's growing. It's itchy in general but dont itch after I apply almond oil. It burns(pain) when I itch it. I consulted a general physician who said it's psorasis and gave betaone oinment. My patch became white after applying oinment but it again appear once I stopped. I have attached picture. Pls let me know what is it and how can i cure it.

Id  Depiwhite cream and Depiwhite advanced depigmenting cream same?? Or is iy better to use Advanced one ?

I have been suffering from severe dandruff problem from around 1 year. First time when I suffered I used Nizral Ketoconazole shampoo (2%) as advised by a doctor and I got relief. Now, since last 6 months it has become more severe and I am using the same shampoo every alternate day but the day in which I don't use it the scalp becomes very itchy. I have also stopped using oil as I thought it was increasing the dandruff but the situation is same. Please advise. (FYI, I had an ASD operation (hole in heart) when I was 6 years old).

I have recently noticed a small light spot developing on my right hand. Sometimes it gets itchy. The difference in skin colour and the spot is very light. I wonder if it is just due to dry skin or something else.
