Due to acnes there are too many blackspots on my face. I need to treatment for uneven skin tone and acne

There is Acne on cheeks and forehead ...and also acne marks from 3 -4 months .would I like know the treatment for this.

I've had eczema ( at my back and face)since December and been trying some drugs and creams but to no avail. All of a sudden I started having strange wide reddish stretch marks, weight gain, acning, hump at my back, fat face and now facial hair and at my back(hair) Please what's the solution,cause I still have the eczema and will the facial and back hair go away? Recently i was diagnosed with seborrheic capitis, i am still continuing the meds doctor suggested me: ducray anaphase plus shampoo and danclear shampoo along with kerglo eva. But i have notice that my hair has become thin and fall a lott.. too much Any advice as to how deal with this.. Thanks
