Hi Doctors My skin of hands till the wrist,has turned extremely dry,and black.It stings and burns when I wash my hands or use any cream and turns red. The skin has turned very stiff and thick. . Please respond ASAP

I am having an skin edema under my both eye and at top of both chin ...it may be due to sleep disorder since I delivered a baby recently ..initially it was puffy eyes but not swelling is consistent and expending to face ...I need treatment for this !
