Today I discovered black patch on my foot. There is swelling also. Please tell is it serious?? What is it?? I am attaching pictures of it.

I have no smoking habits,but my lips are dark,tell something that changes my lipcolour,my parents have red lips,my lips also somewhat pink but now they become very dark

For so long i had this nodule on my axilla. But it wasnt this "big" nor painful and when pressed, it secretes a sebum-like and its size decreases. Now, it got bigger, less movable, painful, the opening is barely there and when i try to press it, it secretes a pus-like substance.

I have taken medication such as pacroma, as I had  skin irritation and itching... Now it has stopped but the inflammation is not disappearing

I have weird sensations in head I considered a doc he said its because if vitamin b deficiencies and I have hairfall as well he gave me anaboom antihairfall serum but after applying this I feel weird sensation and pain in my head the whole head is paining is it normal earlier when.
