Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having hair fall problem from last 2 months. I don't use any kind of serums or chemical..just basic oiling and shampoo,also I don't use blow dryer

I am having hair loss severe and hair is thinning down a lot . I have consulted a doc and I am taking some medicines

Need a medical opinion , I have noticed skin pigmentation on my ankle since many years but I noticed that slowly they are growing. Not sure what it is or why they are occuring .there is no pain or itch or any absurd feeling in skin. Please advise attaching pictures

My hairfall started in June 2020 and I was diagnosed with Telogen effluvium in August 2020. I now see new growth alongside my middle partition; have not been able to catch any growth on either side of the head with the naked eye. Have lost enormous amount of hair, and still losing. I've been continuing medication though. However, I have now noticed that my nails aren't growing. Does that mean I have entered permanent female pattern baldness or alopecia? The front part of my head, right after the hairline is most visible.

I've having some sort of rash and the skin looks really dry and is having different color. I use tacroz forte on other parts and it could be that this part comes in contact with it and caused it. It is also itchy.
