I am having acne for 7 years now pustules and few nodules with mild pain, no other health issues ,no obesity but i can't take antibiotics due to intolerance what should I take

I have very thin hair now. 5 years I had a lot of hairfall, after taking some treatment hair fall controlled with in a months, but very low percentage of regrowth, please suggest me any medication, or serums for hair regrowth, And Please suggest me to get rid of dark neck also. Thanks in advance.

From last few days I am having some pimples growing all over my body mainly in belly area and inner thighs. These are not causing pains but sometimes feel little itchy. Currently there are around 10-15 such pimples and slowly it is increasing from last one month. Pics attached for reference. My sister has been experiencing this problem since 2-3 months, previously the cracked skin of these two fingers (as you can see in the picture) got better on its own but now it bleeds and pains too. She has cracked heels also. Please suggest me what should I do to make it better.

I used persol forte cream fir acene. Now acene reduced but acene cured region became more Dark. So now shall i can continue the cream or i have to stop. Please suggest and suggest cream for remove dark spots.

Only redness, no blisters or any rashes.. regularly itching prevails only in both the palms. Every night mostly when i go to sleep and remain for about 1/2 hr. Why is it so? Anything that I can do?
