Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello, I am experiencing Itching and Red skin near Scrotum and Genital region which I assumed might be Jock Itch. I have tried using Candid-B which contains Clotrimazole to avoid fungal spread. It gave me relief but the condition is still same. I think it might be bacterial one and I'm not sure what to do now. I don't even know whom to consult and what treatment should I prefer. It is giving me irritation and discomfort. Please guide me though this. Thankyou
