Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am getting a rash lip due to lipstick. But I have stopped using after that even then I m experiencing rash not knowing the cause. I had no acne or pimples problem till date but after this rash on the lips it is also spreading on the face leaving marks. My concern is what I'm getting rash again on lips though I am not using any lipstick or cosmetic.? How to cure this problem and I really love lipstick to use. Can I actually get rid of this problem and use lipstick in future? What is this actually called? And how is it caused?

I have a lots of hair fall problem and also having grey hair. I want to color it . Can any one suggest me good product which may harm less to my hair?. My hair are dry and lifeless also curly , Thanks in advance.
