Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Dr my baby is 8 months old. She had some rash her Dr prescribed her emusone m cream. After applying that cream the rashes had gone but that area had become something odd. It looks odd to me. Is it normal or is it vitiligo? I am attaching both before n after pic have a look n guide me please

I face heavy hair fall i.e( more than 100 stands per day) problem from last 1 month. Before 1 month I started keto diet to reduce weight. From that day onwards I face this problem. And immediately after one week I stop this diet due to this hair loss.Before that I don't have single hair fall. And I started regular diet.. But still  I don't stop this hair fall after 1 month also.

Does skipping minoxidil some days cause any impact on its performance? I apply minoxidil regularly but due to some problems I haven't been able to use it for last few days.

Hello sir.. I m facing a issue with my chin area becomes very itchy and reddish. Whenever i grow my complete beard that particular area become very itchy and sometimes dandruff comes out and white hair also comes that is why i cleaned my beard after that it is same itchyness and reddish mark only that area. It happen only in last 5-6 months only before that its never happen with me. And one more thing my skin is oliy. So please suggest me some oilment or facewash anything to get rid of this.
