Need some info about warts on the face

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I gotta a wart in my beard area for past 30-45 days .. it looks very dry at the moment . Does that mean the outer skin is dead and healing ? 1. Does wart affect only the outer layer or inner cells also might be affected ? 2. It's dry at the moment should I still go for laser removal or is there any other options. (Just concerned about the pain that would cause during removal) Kindly advice . Thanks Please advice
