Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My father has been bedridden for about 3 months and haven't took a bath. He is discharging tomorrow and want to take bath at home. Which is the best soap to remove the dirt from the skin. please respond asap.

I had been using skin whitening cream (dr.james glutothione) for 2 years...i got fair and white skin when i was using it.now my skin has turned more sensitive..if i go to outside in morning..i get reddish skin and burning on my face skin onlyonce i stopped that product...i got darker skin ...ear and neck is white colour but face colour only darker..we can see that difference.now what should i do...is it curable...money doesn't matter...shall i go to skin whitening laser treatment,carbon peeling ,stem cells...which one u prefrer to me.otherwise it's curable through normal medicines or go with high end procedures...

I have undergone fractional co2 laser treatment for a few atrophic scars on face..I'm using sunscreen religiously even in indoors..taking care of the healing scabs well..can laser still cause post inflammatory hyperpigmentation in me..I have already undergone the same treatment for an injury scar a few months ago with no hyperpigmentation watsoever

Hello, Pimples with pus on my scrotum (attached image)and stickiness in perineum area(buttocks).i have not found any type of discharge .
