Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello doctor. I have very low hair growth and I suffer from hair fall although my diet is balanced and I keep my scalp clean. Can I take Biotino 10000 supplement for better hair growth? Can you also suggest some good supplements which can help me with better hair growth and volume.

I had problems for acne in the past i visited a dermat who prescribes me with neoclean gel, adaplene gel, and acne aid face wash using it my skin gets cleared completely and oil secreation of the skin gets controlled withinn 5-6 month but as soon as i leave it my acne reappears within few months only. Now again my face is full of acne and its looks too dull why does it happens? When i was told that they will not reoccur again but in actual it does. I am again using same wash and cream from last 10 days but no improvement yet. Please suggest me what is the problem and solution for reoccurance.
