Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a black swollen patch on my foot for more by than 3 days. I discovered it after applying a lot of undiluted dettol antiseptic liquid on a scratch( it is adjacent to my patch) on foot from my dog. Please tell is it serious ?? It pain when I bend my foot and when I apply pressure on it. I am attaching pictures of it.

6-7 years before I experienced scratching which converts in redness and sensitive to scratch again.i applied sapat lotion,then started applying fourderm but was unable to cure complete.then started taking grisovin fb tab which shows effect but after sometime times again the same condition.after that doctor started the medication of itraconazole 100 + fluconazole tab which showed results but after sometime again the same situation was occuring but now the itraconazole wasn't showing that effect due to may be resistance . And the grisovin is also showing less effect as before now the condition is that if I take grisovin fb 2-3 days the effect lasts for 4-6 days but again and again the same condition occurs. Now I am fed-up of all this hide and sick game.i want to get rid off all this condition and first of all from grisovin because of I read it's adverse effects is very dangerous... Please help me
