Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My skin gets rashes and it gets itching heavily. I consulted a dermatologist a month back, and she said it could be Urticaria and gave few medicines doses for a month. I completed the medication course of 1 month, but still the problem persists. Kindly guide for the right course of action for this problem.

My niece is suffering from eczema since 1 year .Consulted a doctor and tried  hydrocortisone 1% , cetaphil, aquaphor and aveeno for 1 year. But it is coming back again and again. Will it heal naturally after some time ? Do we need to continue these medicines or consult the doctor again ? Is it fine to consult online or need to visit a clinic ? Shared the attachments , Also started an Ayurvedic medicine and it contains a preservative paraben , is it safe for babies ? please advice

I am having constant painful acne on my face from last 1 year. Tried almost every thing from benzac to tea tree oil. But no difference. If any time the acne clears up then due to the periods it again pops up on my face.

How to apply sunscreen following fractional co2 laser therapy. Should I dab it on or gently spread..I'm currently using abbott face guard spf 30 ..its very thick ..I'm just dabbing it on over the scabs fearing spreading might scrape away the scabs..what is the proper way ..kindly advise

There has been an occasional out burst of acne/ heatboils not sure, starting from side locks extending along the jaw line, some areas of scalp as well, usually during the summers and monsoon. Last for few days to few weeks, painful in nature- I have been using ointment from Erytop which subdued the problem but it keeps coming back.

Its patchy and their is itching. Sometimes its so itchy & it causes irritation & their is a mild discharge when ever their is itching. Am using a topical medication like itch guard. Whats the solution for this. I always keep the private area very clean by washing it often. How to overcome this?
