Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

This problem is there from long, I see it as acne or pimple as I don't feel pain or feel any sebum inside. Cannot pot either. I don't the exact cause or name of such. Pls advise

I have a bit dark coloured lips , can any lip cream help me to get lighter colour / pinkish lips . Also I have a problem of allergic contact dermatitis, so cream that does not trigger this problem further is preferred.

I sweat alot during winters, summers, rainy all the three  seasons, I do sweat a lot, my whole body specially back, armpits and chest sweats alot. If I wait less than a minute or so without fan I start sweating immediately. This is makes me uncomfortable in front of people. I have tried aldry (antiperspirant lotion) and many rollons but none of them were effective. I'm frustrated by my sweating. This problem is from my childhood but now I working in office it makes me really embarrassed in front of my colleagues. Please help me.

My sister had done smootning treatment  in her hair a year ago.six months after post smoothning she is continuously having hair fall problem.please provide some solution.before that she has never came across the hairfall problem.
