Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had an accident wound on my nose and I scratched it with a nail and it got a black spot. I did use the cream but it did not slow down. It was not really good on my face.please to reduce the spot.

I woke up last week and saw reddish strangulation kind of mark on neck. It looked like some allergy or reaction. I thought it may be due to sweatiness but it is still there after a week.. somedays in feel its healing but some days i feel it is increasing.. i feel itchiness on it but rarely. Attaching a photo for better advice of what it could be.

I have black spots on my hand, lips and legs. Whenever I suffers fever or something else there are itching in that and they turns to red colour. I have these spots from last 2 years and I have taken many medicines but not effective. Now suggest me the best treatment of these. Can i Peel off these?
