Whenever the season changes I get a rough hand. It first starts with red dots forming on the skin on hands and legs and later the skin starts to break. And it geta a lot itchy. The whole hands starts to itch and it gets tough to stop. Too much dryness starts to develop

Hello doctors. I am suffering from molluscum contagious so i consulted a dermatologist and he gave tretinoin gel usp 0.1% so I used this cream and my skin feels burning and itchy so today I consulted another dermatologist and he suggested me imiquimod cream , so i want to ask you can i use this cream on my face as he told me to use it three days in a week in night. Please suggest me if this cream is ok for this disease as I don't want to undergo laser or niddle treatment. Your response will be appreciated.
