Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am facing issues on both my head and hair for past few weeks. I have consulted 2 doctors directly and it seems to have no improvement. Any cause?

I am from Nagpur and recently moved to Bangalore for work. Now its been 2 weeks i have observed that hair from all over body are started losing. Everyday there will be hair loss from all over body. Is there any solution for this.

My mom had dark circles from past few years,she never tried using anything.one year back she had gone through operation her uterus has been removed due to fibroids(laparoscopic).now she is completely good. But she gained some weight,and her skin had become dark and dull,she doesn't have dry skin but she says that her skin feels itchy especially around her eyes,her dark circles problem became severe,some times she even get dry patches on her face,she tried home remedies and skin care cosmetics nothing seemed working.she got wrinkles around her eyes,her skin feels so thin to me.she is feeling low. please help her.
