Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I'm suffering from skin infection on my scalp. Feels like bumps and small bumps with puss. Need your suggestions please. Attached screenshots for your reference.

Facing severe hairfall due to hormonal imbalances as I had hypothyroid problem and PCOS which has not been found in the recent reports. Still hairfall is not stopping. Please can you suggest me any treatment to stop hairfall soon.

I've been dealing with hair loss for quite some time now...and I didn't take of it. So the result is the picture I've attached here. I saw a lot of hair fall today than the previous days and its scaring me.. is hair transplant an answer?

I never had any  acne or breakouts in my life .But after chicken pox,I started to breakout severely in a larger number  all over my face,shoulders and my back.I had chicken pox 3 years ago and my face was never affected by it luckily at that time so there was no problem at that time .But  after that someday  my face suffers acne and I tried many doctors , many  prescribed  creams by them and tablets but it didnt make any difference .Its been 3-4years and still i am suffering. I thought it will decrease by time because i never had pimples or acne before that and I dont use any  oily creams or make up.But it gives no signs of going away.As soon as the previous inflammation goes away other one will be emerging. I am fed up as there is nothing else I can do.Is there any solution to this acne problem after chicken pox? Is this because my chicken pox was not properly treated 3 years ago? My face is a mess right now. please help me?

So at the top of my head there are all of these short frizzy hairs.  I'm not talking about little baby hairs im talking about really almost think broken frizzy short hairs at the top of my head they wont grow and i havent straigtened my hair in a long time because i dont want to damage them too much   i have thick wavy hair and now the hairs at the top of my head prevent me from being able to wear my hair down without some sort of clip they are really embarassing i have tried every hot oil treatment/leave in conditioner/deep conditioning treatment and growth syrum nothing has worked SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I have been seeing black spots on legs once in a while. They go by themselves after 4 to 5 days... And again will get new ones like 4 to 5 at a time.

I am having dry eczema in my Right Hand palm, from very long time around 5 year. When I consult doctor, after taking medicine and using cream I get releif for some time but after 2-3 weeks the eczema tend to come back. Is there good treatment for the problem

I have dry skin type, and for the past year acne-prone skin too. At the night time, my routine is washing my face with cetaphil gentle cleanser. Alternate nights, I use a chemical exfoliater. Followed by, moisturiser (neutrogena oil-free sensitive skin moisturiser). I also use Vaseline on my lips and sometimes next to my nostrils as that area becomes very dry depending on the weather. I was wondering if it is okay to take a little bit of Vaseline and massage it on my face as an end step for moisturization? Is it something that can cause breakouts, as I have been getting mild acne? I've read conflicting things on the net, so thought would ask. Thank you.
