I am having isotronoin 20 mg my weight is 50 kg as per the suggestion of doc and my skin is getting red and inflammatory and it also getting very dry and rough so should I top taking it or is it normal cus my doc told me it is nothing to worried about initially u will face this and later ur skin will be acne free.

I have skin infection on my thigh. On my thigh there is small patches on it i circular form and it itches very badly. I have taken medicine (I-WIN 100) for it but it gives me relief for very short periods of time and when i stop taking medicine itching problems starts again.
