Small bumps all over the face

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Last two months i have seen multiple small bumbs on my face. It felt hard and rough just like sand paper and if use scrub then i feel smoth skin for some time but some bumps converts into pimple and my skin turns reddish and seems dark patches. Please find images for reference
