Small puss and bumps keeps coming thighs

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I keep getting small puss and red bumps near my thighs. And, already I have Keratosis pilaris on my back(below neck area to waist), hands above elbow since last 10 yrs . I don't know why. And I have a very sensitive skin.
