Blood/fluid filled bump on nose

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I recently just got a 1/2 inch bump on my nose that won't go away. I don't have acne prone skin but my nose pores are easily clogged and form flesh tone bumps , however one flesh tone bump turned into a huge red (painful at first) bump . It isn't filled with puss just blood and like a clear fluid. I've tried everything and it will not go away.
