Bump filled with pus in back side
I have one bump in back side which is filled with pus and it is very painful what should I do. I used one time safromycin cream. Pls help what can be done?

Bump on back could be suggestive of bacterial infection probably folliculitis or furunculosis. Only topical medication is not sufficient. Kindly send your photos so that ll help with the diagnosis.
