Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have two queries 1.I got brown spot in middle of nose? 2. What are alternatives to cetaphil gentle cleanser and facelin AT gel because it is causing red patches on face

From past 2 months, I have noticed patches of dark spots under my right eye on the cheek bone and on the right temple. I am otherwise healthy 34 year old mother. Please prescribe cream and medicine

Almost all pimples are cleared and there are so many dark spots on both cheeks please suggest me a cream and also natural methods to get rid of them.i also attached my photo and i am using the cream mentioned in the second photo for pimples

In my both toenails is wound due to ingrow nails from 3-4month. When i visit to doctor they give me date for surgery but when they give me anaesthetic in toenail (total 8 very painful). But anaesthetic didn't work so they suggest me go to higher hospital so now i am afraid from taking anaesthetic syringe again can there is another way to cure ingrown toenail wound without taking syringe. Does it affect my toe if i don't visit hospital.

Since few days I am feeling itching in my legs and hands so to prevent that i usually apply oil as my skin becomes dry. Is the itchhign due to dryness or some insect or some infection.. Please help.

I had pimple problems but was controlled by a doctor but after the problem doctor gave me hydroquinone (melalite forte cream) for the dark spots.but it feels like the cream is making the spots more darker since iam using it for 6 days.can I continue it or not?is it common?
