Skin problem: ringworm infection, please solve this problem. Ringworm infection in my skin . please help me

I am suffering from Trichotillomania disorder from last 10 years and have severely damaged my hair. Can see lots of bald patches now. I am embarrassed and disappointed in myself. Can we regrow the hair again?

There is redness in the glans area for about a month, no pain, no itching. Last week there was minute bleeding on one side. No pain. Using clotrimazole for about a week but no change noticed. And below images are at present. What is the issue? Ps: 2015-16 mild infection- glans was white and patchy. Little itching. It cured with clotrimazole.

I am facing lot of hairfall and rough hair. And I hv pimples on my cheeks . It is getting well even after not using any type of cosmetic products.

Recently, I used some make up on my face,after a very long time. I cleaned my face later in the night and followed my usual skin care routine. That very day, I had changed my tea tree oil brand, which I generally use with my skin care. The next day, my skin got so itchy and irritated, I had to apply ice pack and aloe gel. I didn't understand which one of the 2 changes caused it. Now, no matter how much I moisturize, using my usual cream And nothing else, it feels tight and uncomfortable. Kindly suggest something which will soothe my skin .
