I have this itchy skin with red bumps around in circle but a dark or white space in the centre. It looks red circle and white or brown centre. It's not painful but itchy. It appeared 4 months back took some medicine n it was gone but reappeared again. Almost all the times it appears in my hands, biceps in both the hands. It itches a lot in day and night. No bleeding or pus observed. No other symptoms apart from this. Could you please help to tell me what is this condition is?

I've been suffering from scars left by mosquito bites since childhood .. some of those bites swell up and get filled with water(they don't hurt) they go back to normal bites .. after a few days the skin peels of sometimes on its own.
