Sudden appearance of itchy red rashes on whole body.it has been already 3 days and still new rashes are coming out on chest and back. What should I do?there is no symptoms of fever or cold also I can't recall any allergic food that I had consumed

I'm experiencing severe hair loss past 8 months. I have 30inch hair length and thin hair strands. Also I have PCOS. I'm scared combing hair now, doing so the hairs just come out from roots,like I almost shed more than 150 hair strands evey single time I brush it. I tried  different  hair products may be its oil, shampoo, conditioner, mask, serum, and herbal products too. Getting no results. I have almost lost 50% of hair. I have a big day coming ahead. Problem with ringworm appearing frequently, which cream is best, Is Terbizen tablet good for ringworm?of not which tablet or cream can i take?
