I am having hairfall and itching in scalp due to small.bump . There was dandruff which is not there now using scalpe shampoo

I have a very dull skin with pimple dark spots and tiny white heads on my face... please suggest me skin care or any cream to get glowing skin. I never do facial or any DIY at home.. suggest me with good care routine. I am really in need.

I had my first sudden allergy outbreak in 2015. Post that I have been on antihistamines on a daily. On some days it's really bad, no apparent trigger. I take teczine5mg once every day. Sometimes I have to take 2 when it's a major outbreak. I had a similar outbreak last night and meds are not helping. I applied Cortizone 10 cream but still no relief. No doctor is able to figure out anything. Please help.
