New hair falling out in T.E

My hair started to fall out rapidly in June and I was diagnosed with Telogen effluvium in August after which I've continued medications. My issue is that the new thin hair growth too is evidently falling out very easily. Is my Telogen effluvium getting worse? Has it switched to Androgenetic alopecia?
