Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had initially got allergy due to sanitizer, floor cleaner and washing soaps on my palm - to be precise upper side of the palm. Then I got myself consulted and was  prescribed with fucibet and dazit m medicine. Which initially  relieved the problen. But it never got fully cured. Later reconsulted my oitment was changed from fucibet to tenovate. What I facing now it the rashes have gone but the skin is coming out as soon it coming in contact with water even if I using water once in a day during bathing. I m also prescribed with Mositurex cream for the drying. The whole story is a 1 month old. So little worried is there anything to worry and should I continue with the medicine. Please suggest.
