Excessive hairfall & hair thinning
I am a 29 Unmarried female within eggeterian diet & have experienced excessively high hairfall over last 6 months.Hair on the frontal scalp is noticeably reduced now.Got Thyroid tested(within range),Ferritin levels(8.5 vs normal 13-150)& vit D deficits at 7.1 mg/ml. Also got a USG Lower abdomen done with multiple cysts in both ovaries. However have not seen any irregular periods/lower flow volumes/excessive facial hair over the years.Got LH,FSH levels tested during my cycle & were within limits. Pls recommend whether taking iron supplements for 2-3 months will be beneficial in restoring hair health. Also will the hair that has been lost over 6 months regrow back with prolonged vitamin/iron supplements & Topical applications such as Minoxidil 2% or should i also consider treatments like PRP,mesotherapy if effective results are not visible?
