I have oily skin..I have undergone fractional co2 laser..now scabs have fallen...the new skin in that area is red and very dry to touch..I'm currently using only a thin moisturizer suited for oily skin which dries out fast..should I use another rich moisturizer now since there is dry skin or continue with the acne free moisturiser
