Hi, i have extreme dry and sensitive skin.. is emolene as a moisturiser and episoft AC (low spf-30) and sebamed(spf 50+) is fine for my skin?? I want a low spf for home(office 9-5) and high spf for vacation/highly exposed to sun

Please suggest food to be avoided during allergic dermatitis And do suggest some tablets or tips which gives immediate relief

I have red bloody spots on my feet legs and hips and arms.i visited my doctors.some called it purpura desease. One said this is Leuckocytoclastic.
