Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Age 35 male weight 82 height 176 cm,non diabetic,non alcoholic,no hypertension,profession merchant navy. I am suffering from red spots on ,nose,stomach,hands and back. the size of red mole/spot increasing slowly.dryness is there.but itching is not. dr. prescibed.cetrizine 10 mg twice.mutivitamin,vitamin c ,tab acyclovir 400 twice. Then he changed to allegra 180 but not getting relief.these spots are painless.no fever no itching came during this.no other symptoms except these red spots Dont know what it is Currently i am om ship. kindly advice what exactly it is Is it contagious or not

Greyish skin decoloration in my left cheek area.it is not itchy.plz tell some remedy .why it is came?

I have acne recently over my lower cheeks and chin ..they get worse near menstruation cycle beginning.

I'm facing major issue regarding my face I'm having the small bumps and pimples on my forehead since last year I have taken the vitamin c vitamin e but nothing works and I'm eating fruits regularly, washing my face twice a day  but it couldn't help and my digestive system is working properly It's been a year now please let me know if you could help me
