I have this desease doctors call it purpura or leuckcytoclastic.i have been having this for last 5 years.i can't stand walk or eat any warm thing

I have severe sebo dermatitis on my scalp, face, nose and behind my ears. I get flakes itching and dryness all over my face. And my skin is becoming uneven skin tone, it becomes red and some side briwn Because my skin is fair. Could you please advice any good cream or solution for my face.. And for my scalp I am using KETAFUNG-CT. Thank you
