Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am suffering from Big acne since last few years and I already consulted to many dermatologist but it's is not permanently cured while I was under medication it's normal and when I stop medication as prescribed by my PCP it get back with another big trouble I want to know this will. It be cure permanently and what is the main cause of this I attached my pic

It is very disappointed and discomfort for me. I have no any option to cosult any good doctor. Please give me good solution

I normally have an oily skin but I guess this year my glands are producing a bit less oil, but nevertheless, I started using neutrogena oil free face wash with 2% salicylic acid. Its been three days and the skin around the lips feels a bit itchy and a little painful. I have a few active acne and dark spots. Please suggest something. Thank you!

Any permanent solution for fungal infection that re occurs ? I used few fungal infection creams which fixes the problem but after some time again infection starts.

I am loosing hair from last 3 years. Now my temple area is visible, I am taking biotin and topical minoxidil for last 3 months. But no improvement yet. So, I am thinking of taking treatment, confused whether PPF or PRP would be good.
