My periods are irregular and i have many pimples,acne on my face My skin type is oily and i am 16 years old

Hai my age is 26. From age of 13 I am facing pimples and acne problem. Every time I to doctor and Using sime tablets and creams. After stopping medicine after some days again it is starting. Using more creams and Medicine Also not good I stopped that. But now again it is coming, at staring it is like pimples after some days it turns into black spots but it is reducing slowly. why it is happening to me what is the permanent solution. Please suggest. Thank you.

Sudden from last month I got  lots of acnes on my both cheeks . It causes irritation minor pain and itchiness. I have dried sensitive and little combination skin , last year they are dried and not popping out but after  6 month of my delivery it appears sudden on all over my cheeks . I used to have acne prone skin before also but it appears ones or twice and then they got settled down but this time they seems like worst which I have never seen ever before .They are bumping all over my cheeks few of them left acne spots also . Basically I used natural products or dermatological products but non of them helped me out though my is sensitive so very products suits to my skin.
