My face is showing fine laughing lines and crow feet around my eyes and bit of fine lines on temples of forehead. I want to start retinol on my face. Please recommend cream/gel(OTC) that'll be easily available in pharmacy. I am in my late 20s

I m getting small acne bumps on my butts and even hair follicles on same area. Can someone please tell me y does it cause I keep myself hygiene properly but dis hair follicles and acne marks are der on my butts. Wht is the remedy for the same. And does it cause due to hormonal imbalance issue. Please suggest some remedy to get rid of hair follicles and small acne bumps. Thanks in advance

I have few small hairs on tip of nose. As of now i'm not really up for getting laser done on it for removal. So can i opt for facial hair razor for removing them temporarily?

I am having so much acne problem in my forehead , it's since one month , I have conctipation problem , dandruff problem as well. The acne is literally spreading day by day on all over my forehead.

I don't know if it's really due to ascazin tab which I took yesterday morning made me bloating or belly-fullness even without eating or is it the MMR vaccine which caused it.Between, cause you just trace out what is the root cause of my bloated stomach.Since, yesterday's morning after I took only one dose of ascazin tab, i started feeling shortness of breath or light-headedness, etc in the same day's evening. Please doctor, help me with this as i can't keep any further due this these health complications. PS:I don't have any fever, cough, or even cold to be honest. Please reply it's an 🆘

All it started was 2-3 days back, when got a MMR vaccine for my viral warts.Then I took ascazin as prescribed by the my dermatologist.Then all of a sudden, i started to have sudden breathlessness, blurry vision, light-headedness, etc.Till that evening onwards i am having having these kinds of complications.Some general physicians says you shouldn't have took that MMR vaccine as it is only administered in the childhood itself. Please help me, it's 🆘! PS:I don't have any sort of fever, cough, and cold, etc for your kind concern.
