Dry patches
From the last 2 days i am having redness in both arms joint, but today i am seeing that redness areas are now having dry skin patches. It feels like skin is pulling when open arms. Redness photo attached before dry skin patches in both arms. What could be the cause does it means i have a chronic skin disease. Please guide me. From redness to dry patches on both arms joint.

This appears to Intertrigo. It can be coz of sweating. The salts from the sweat along with dry skin can cause this problem. It isn't a chronic condition but if not taken care of on time it will get persistent. Consult ur Dermatologist for further evaluation.
