Dry itchy and flaky patch on breast

I have a dry itchy patch on the the side of the cleavage area almost under my left breast about 3 inches long i first noticed it like 2 months ago and i put some ointment on it and it cleared up but i noticed it again today

You may be suffering from tinea corporis which is fungal infection. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. Mistreatment with over the counter Steroid containing creams like panderm, quadriderm, dermi 5, candid b etc lead to repeated case of recurrence and also side effects due to application.
