My hands are getting tanned.
My hands are very much darker than my body due to long term sun exposure. Please suggest something to lighten them and a good sunscreen to protect them from uv rays

Tinea cruris
I was diagnosed with Tinea cruris on Jan 26 2021 on practo. I had been struggling with this problem for past 6-7 years. I had used various otc medicine and antifungal powders to deal with the issue. But the problem used to appear again and again. Since the diagnosis, I have applied and consumed the creams and medication as suggested by doc. Some improvement has been seen in the situation, however, it's almost the endline of suggested treatment time period but the problem is not going away.
I want to know how much more time will it take for complete cure and should I change my doctor since as per his given timeline there's not much improvement in the situation.
