Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From many years my sister gets visible dark patch on her skin ( thighs or hand or any body part ) which used to appear and then go away after few days on it's own.Now it has become more frequent . If someone looks at it it's like she bruised herself but it's something which is not painful .As it was not impacting her in any way we did not bother to get tested but now it shows often so was wondering what it could be .Any suggestion what should be done ?

Hello sir, i am facing this problem for last 4-5 years. It doesn't matter whatever the season (summer or winter),sweat remain comes out of my palm and feet. And its embarrassed me while shaking hands , facing problem while writing and wearing sleepers(chappal). I haven't consultant to any doctor yet. How can i get over from this problem and what kind of dieseas is this ? Is it curable or not ?
