I am seeing a white patch near chin, from past 1 week, don't know what it is and I have recovered from covid a month ago.

This could be associated with Vitamin deficiency or could also be some kind or allergic reaction. Multiple possibilities. Preferably corroborate with pictures to get a clearer idea . Avoid OTC products
