Sobi-white black patches
I have white patches and black patches near neck and some part of chest and at my back side. It was an sobi, an skin disease. Could anyone please suggest the ointments for both black patches and white patches. Thanks in advance!

Image would have helped in coming to right diagnosis but based on your information it might be tinea versicolor.If yes use ketoconazle and selenium sulfide combination lotion and Fluconazole tablet stat 400mg.
Next Steps
Avoid excessive sweating and the condition.might take atleast 3 months to clear up.
