I have black patches on my forehead and also my skin tone is becoming black day by day. I was fair enough but know my skin tone on face is becoming black.

Your skin is the reflection of your body and mental health. And health depends upon the type of nutrition u r providing to brain and body.If there is any stress then yoga and meditation is the best option. Avoid spicy , oily and junk food. Drink plenty of liquids daily. Take good amount of fibrous diet daily. Take proper sleep at night. And if yor r suffering from any disease then get it treated as soon as possible.
R u having any stress then relieve it with stress relieving yoga technik.
Get pleanty of suficient sleep .
Drink suficiant quantity of liquids.
Avoid bright sun light and use sunscreen lotion to avoid further darkning .
Hyperpigmentation of skin may be due to some metabolic/ systemic diseases. So check ur thyroid function, diabetic profile, obesity.
If lesions are only over exposed parts, mostly due to sunlight allergy; avoid that by sunscreen lotions, suncoat, goggle etc.
