White patch on nose after sunburn
Hello Doctor,
I have had a patch on the side of my nose for more than 1 month. It first appeared brown, then the skin peeled, and after a sunburn it developed a noticeable white ring around it. The patch has not spread. There is no peeling now, but it sometimes itches, especially after makeup. The white ring becomes much more visible when I apply BB cream or compact.
My skin is dry and sensitive.
Could you please tell me what this is likely to be (for example, vitiligo, fungal infection, eczema, or something else)? What treatment should I start, and do I need any tests?
Also, please recommend a moisturizer and sunscreen suitable for dry, sensitive skin, and let me know if I need any medicated cream or ointment for this patch.
