For the last 3 days, am suffering with rashes on the intersection of legs. Its itchy. Am applying Itch Guard for the last 2 days. Avoid wearing inner wear. Still, the problem persists. Can I do the same for few more days or seek immediate medical attention? PFA the image.

Hi, I am 32, I started experiencing ED since 5 months, i started worrying about the same and finally got under depression in Apr-mid May, lost 16 kgs within 40 days and now I started experiencing massive hairfall and receding hairline since june 1st week, I have tried both ayurved and homeopathy for my ED and none seem to work at all, I think the ED type is Venous leakage, and since there is no other treatment apart from tadalafil/surgery, I am getting constant negative thoughts that I wont be able to marry bcz of this as I cant go with penile implant/venous stripping surgery and find a girl to marry. Hello, I am having pimples on my face since age 15. Now I'm 24 years old and still have the same pimples issue. There are always pimples on my face. And not small but big pimples. My skin is oily. Is this due to hormonal disabalance or something else? Please help me to understand and if possible recommend medicine that may cure my pimples. I took homeopathy medicine earlier for 3 months during that time my pimples went away. But when I stopped taking the medicine they appeared again. Thanks

After recovering from covid i am having too much hairfall. Some people say it might be the side effect of steroids. I had medrol. Please suggest

Hi doctors, Me and my family is facing hairfall problems which is not normal as the volume is too much. I would like to give you our background so that it might help you figure out. Our family was covid infected in the month of March which leaded some of our family members to go through ICU. I believe the hairfall is due to this reason. But this issue started after 2 months later when we were cured. Also, I was cured by eating vitamins so not sure how covid impacted my hairfall. We also thought it is because of hard water so we changed the water but it didn't work out. Please could you tell what should we do to take care of our hair as the volume is too much? Hairfall is consistent from last one yr , 50 to 100 in every comb , hair comes out with a large bulb like structure at the terminal end , as per doctors this is Tellogen Effluvium , I had heavy hair but now scalp is visible from frontal area , really upset ....

Hello Doctor, I am nearing 2 week of treatment for scabies. I took 2 times Permetrin Cream along with Invermectin tablet. It was very effective, however after the first week .ie few days after second application.. new bumps/burrows, most of them small come and go .. it them moves to another near area.. only 3 to 4 bumps at a time. Might b because of reuse of my cloth/bedding.. can I got for a 3rd and 4th apply of Permetrin Cream 1 week apart to completely eliminate the mites or need some weeks of gap for starting with 3rd apply of cream. Wanted to know any side effects /safety. Thanks in advance
