Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having extreme hair fall since the first week of April so I started using minoxidil in the June last but now hairfall has increased. It is falling in lumps and I am not able to comb them. It's falling of his own and even clogging the sewage area of the bathroom. I can see my hair thinning and scalp can be visible. Although new hair are sprouting out from the front part but still hair thinning is there. I don't want to become bald. Kindly please help.

I am having some pus kind of soultion coming out from my thumb toe.. it's painful when sligthly pressed .. please help me find a solution for it .

I constantly have dandruff all the time. I tried clean shaving head.. tried using coconut oil regularly, hair wash every once in two days, switched shampoos. Even started apply neem oil along with coconut oil (without any chemicals) but nothing is working. If I don't wash hair in 2days, 3rd day head becomes so itchy and I happens to scrap off the flakes. It hurts but can't solve.
